Branson Hills Offers Pre-construction Pricing
Branson's newest residential development is sparking interest from throughout the U.S., according to Marketing President G. Kim McDonald. "We're extremely please with the pace of sales in the short time since we began offering them," McDonald said this week. "People from both coasts are discovering that Ozark Mountain Country is a great place to live and invest in property that's still reasonably priced and in a beautiful environment," he said.
Sales of home sites, condos, town homes and golf villas began last month at the 1,200-acre residential and retail development by HCW Development Co., LLC. "We've opened up a number of construction phases," McDonald said, "including the golf villas, which are almost sold out." Sales of town homes in a gated and age-restricted neighborhood within Branson Hills, are scheduled to begin this month, McDonald said. "We've had a very high level of interest in these, and we expect the limited number to go quickly," he said.
The Tribute Golf Course, honoring the life and legend of golfer Payne Stewart, is the central show piece of the development that will total as many as 1,900 homes, condos, and villas upon completion. Designed by pro golfer and network TV commentator Bobby Clampett, the course will highlight each of 18 personal character traits exhibited by the late Ozarks golf legend during his career.
