Landing View Towers Condos Enter Marketplaces

Landing View Towers, a 17-story luxury condominium property on Lake Taneycomo, announces the initial pre-construction property offering, according to G. Kim McDonald, president for marketing at HCW Development Co., LLC. “Our experience with these luxury condominiums is that they don’t stay on the shelf long,” he said, citing the $90 million sell-out of condos at Branson Landing in the first six months of last year.

Just a stone’s throw from Branson Landing, the retail and residential development that opened last spring, Landing View Towers also offers owners an opportunity to place properties into a conto-hotel leasing program. Floor plans include studios, and 1-3 bedroom condos. Shopping, dining, and easy access to health care facilities and highways are all within minutes.

Landing View Towers offers private parking facilities on the first five floors of the building. An outdoor pool and patio will occupy the sixth floor. Plans also call for a fitness center, party room, and an private 18-slip boat dock.

Sales and Marketing Vice President Dennis Evans says the condos will be “decorator ready” and will include granite counter tops, and stainless steel kitchen appliances, with hardwoods, carpeting or ceramic tile throughout. Cable TV and high speed digital connections are included in each. Some will have fireplaces and balconies. All properties are protected by 24-hour security. Evans said pricing ranges from $250,000 to $700,000. Sales began in August with an anticipated completion date of February 2007. The property is being developed jointly by HCW Development Company.
